Import Demo

If you want your site to look exactly like the"Rogan"demos, you'll need to import the demo content. We've integrated the One-Click Demo Installation feature intoRogan. You can import the demo content with just one click.

Install the theme and activate it. Then install all the required plugins. Make sure all the required plugins are activated before you begin. Next, go to“Appearance > Import Demo Data”toimport the demo data, and click the“Import Demo Data”button.

After Importing the Demo

After successfully importing the demo content, you’ll find all the pages inthe Pagesmenu of your WordPress admin dashboard. Find the homepage you want there and start editing it with Elementor.
You can also set your Homepage demo as thefront pageof your website from Settings > Reading.

Tips: Clean upyour WordPress site before reinstalling a demo. You can clean up your WordPress site using theWP Resetplugin.

An alternative method for importing the demo content.

However, you will receive all demo content data with the theme package. You will find the demos in ‘rogan>inc>demos’ this path. If you were unable to import the demo content with a single click, you’ll need to follow the steps below to import the demo content manually.

1. Go toTools > Import, theninstall the WordPress plugin and click“Run Importer.” Upload the “contents.xml” file here.
2. Install the“Widget Importer & Exporter”plugin to import the demo widgets. Then go to Tools > Widget Importer & Exporter and upload the“widgets.wie”file there.
3. Now you need to import the Theme Settings so they match the demo. Go to“Theme Settings > Import/Export.”Then click the“Import from File”button, copy and paste the backup string here, and click the “Import a Backup” button. You’ll find the backup string in thesettings.jsonfile.
